I'll address these afterwards.
Happy with the treatment taken care, only issue is at front when bringing child to A&E, I have to wait 1 hour to see into child emergency which is very bad during this time my child situation went worst and doctor was upset not bringing him earlier. Children should be seen directly to child emergency.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your child's recent experience in the children and young people's assessment unit on Dahlia ward, and the children's emergency department, both at King George hospital. I am very pleased to hear that you are happy with the treatment your child was given although you raise some concerns about the waiting time before your child was seen by a doctor, and also that you feel meals should be provided for the parents too. I will share your feedback with the clinical teams in children's ED and Dahlia. The children's ED team are reviewing the triage process, when the children are assessed on arrival to the department, in order to minimise any delays in children being seen. In relation to your thoughts on meals being provided to the resident parent in addition to the child, this is something which we are looking into as part of a national initiative, as we appreciate that it can be very costly to buy food when you are resident in hospital with your child.
